We’re officially stepping into 2025 with full hearts and big dreams. This year is extra special because Spill The Tea Café is turning THREE! 🥳 What started as a small vision—a safe space for LGBTQIA+ youth and their families—has grown into a thriving community, a hub for healing, and a movement for change.

🎈 Reflecting on 3 Years of Impact 🎈
In just three years, we’ve reached milestones we once only dreamed about:
🌟 Over 500 youth served annually—providing therapy, mentorship, and connection.
🌟 Expanded our programs to include culturally rooted practices like Hoʻoponopono.
🌟 Built partnerships with incredible local organizations to strengthen our mission.
But more than numbers, it’s the stories that inspire us. The teen who found their voice in a group therapy session. The family who mended relationships through hard but healing conversations. The youth who walked through our doors scared and left with hope.

As we celebrate turning three, we’re also looking ahead with renewed purpose. This year, we’re focusing on growth, sustainability, and innovation:

💜 Advocating for decolonized, trauma-informed mental health practices.
💜 Creating programs that empower youth to thrive, not just survive.
We believe that mental health care isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s about meeting people where they are and honoring their stories, strengths, and cultural roots. That’s the heart of what we do—and we’re so grateful to have you with us on this journey.
